Titus Time and Tag a Long Tuesday for July!

Titus Time will be tonight, July 18th at 7pm at Barnes and Noble. Come have some coffee or tea with other ladies and prepare to be encouraged!

Tag a Long Tuesday will be held at the Mitchell Pool Little Squirts soak zone on July 22nd at 3:30pm.  Here are some details you may need:

Mitchell Pool, Soak Zone

$2.00 Ages 3-17

$3.00 Ages 18+

Under 3 free with paying adult. 1 child per paying adult; $1 each additional child 

Price includes access to Mitchell Pool and the Little Squirts Soak Zone

U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets only. They are available free of charge at the pool.

Hi MOPS Moms!

Hope you are enjoying the summer heat (finally!). Here are some more events that you should know about:

Friday, June 20th at 7pm is Titus Time

This is a time for Mom-only fellowship. We will meet at Barnes and Noble, have coffee and learn from each other. This week Bev Lee will be talking about nutrition. I'm sure you will be able to walk away with a few new idea's about how to feed you and your family in a healthier way.

Sunday, June 22nd after each church service is the MOPS garage sale drop off

If you have any items you would like to donate to our garage sale please bring them by the GenCenter after each service. If you need another time to drop them off please contact Katie at 452-0764.

Friday, June 27th from 1-3pm we will price garage sale items at the GenCenter 

This is an area we could really use your help in! This is also a great way to really get involved in your MOPS group and meet the other Mom's who are a part of it! If you come and help us price garage sale items we will give you first dibs at any of the items there.

Saturday, June 28th at 7AM is the MOPS Garage Sale 

Starting at 7AM in the GenCenter Building we will hold our first garage sale. If you think you could be a pair of helping hands and help us work this event, we would love to have you. Please email us at gfccmops@gmail.com or call Katie at 452-0764 if you can help at the garage sale or with the item pricing.

Lot's of June activities!!

We will changing the name of Mom's Night Out to Titus Time from here on out- same thing, different name. We have our next Titus Time planned for June 20th at 7pm at Barnes and Noble where Bev Lee will be talking to us about Nutrition. Hope you can make this great time of fellowship and great information on how we can take care of ourselves and families better through what we feed them!

Also, our  next Tag a Long Tuesday will be June 24th at 10:30am at Lions Park (By Hardee's on 10th avenue South) Pack a lunch for you and your kiddies and have a picnic with us!

Don't forget the MOPS garage sale that will be held June 28th at the GenCenter building. If you have things you are looking to get rid of we would love to sell them at our garage sale and support our MOPS ministry! Drop off will be June 22nd after both church services at GFCC.

Going away for Kayln tomorrow

Just a reminder that tomorrow we will be meeting at Giant Springs Park at 10:30am to say goodbye to Kayln and her boys. Pack a lunch for you and your kids and make it a picnic with us! Hope to see you all there!

We will be meeting at Giant Springs park at 10:30am on Tuesday, May 27th to get our kids out to play in the (hopefully) nice weather! Feel free to pack a lunch and make it a picnic. Call Rachel at 781-6402 with any other questions or if you need directions to Giant Springs. Hope to see you there!

Tag a Long Tuesday

Tomorrow is our very first Tag a Long Tuesday and we are heading out with the kiddo's!

We will meet at the Gymnastics Center at 815 1st Avenue North (behind DQ and across from Morning Light) 

Class is from 10:45-noon (class starts at 11:00, but you need to be there at 10:45 to fill out a registration form for your child)

Cost is $5 per child and child under  have to be accompanied by an adult on the floor

Bring a sack lunch if you want, there is a great eating space there. Hope you can make it! This is a great opportunity to get those kids out of the house and have fun!

Mom's Night Out

Mark your calendar's for next Friday, April 18th at 7pm for our next Mom's Night Out! We will be painting toes in anticipation of nice weather, so bring your favorite polish and  come ready for a fun time with friends. Come to Rachel Melone's house and remember to arrange childcare beforehand if you need it. Check your emails for directions if you need them.
